The work and the value
A longer conversation can build a deeper connection.
Some questions deserve more than a quick clip. A podcast gives an expert, host or guest room to explain an idea, explore a problem and share a point of view. We help businesses choose a useful premise and make recording practical.
We start with the audience and the role of the show, then support the picture, sound and edit. Episodes can become a longer content library while selected moments introduce that expertise through Reels, Shorts and other material.
Put the service to work
Useful ways to apply it.
Start with the audience’s question or the action your business needs. These are practical starting points for a project.
Expert-led series
Build recurring conversations around customer questions. The host’s knowledge gives the show a useful perspective instead of making every episode a general business update.
Customer and partner conversations
Explore real decisions and experiences. Prepare questions that reveal useful context and obtain permission for the intended recording and distribution.
Educational interviews
Invite specialists to explain a topic in approachable language. An interview structure keeps a complex subject focused and easier to follow.
Video podcasts
Capture expression, demonstrations and interaction alongside sound. A video version can serve YouTube viewers and provide material for selected clips.
Workplace and recruiting stories
Use conversations to explain culture, work and specialist roles. An episode can help customers, partners or potential employees understand the business.
A reusable episode library
Plan full conversations and standalone moments together. Episodes can support clips, sales explanations and future topics.

Our approach
Make the conversation worth having before choosing the microphones.
Who should listen, and what should they get from the episode? Those questions shape the premise, guests and recording plan. The equipment supports a purposeful conversation rather than becoming the reason to start a show.
How the pieces connect
What makes the work stronger.
Choose tools and techniques for the job they need to do. We define the actual deliverables and connections with you before the project begins.
Green Bay recording spaces
Our podcast studios provide a dedicated place to record. Choose a setup around the participants, visual style and intended deliverables.
Sound and multicamera capture
Clear dialogue comes first. Where video is scoped, coverage and lighting help the edit follow the conversation naturally.
Episode preparation
Outlines, guest briefings and good prompts help a session stay useful without feeling scripted. Plan how the host will introduce and develop the subject.
Repurposing in advance
Identify moments that could become standalone clips. Agree editing, captions, formats and publishing responsibilities before recording.

Good questions
Make an informed start.
Are the studios in Green Bay?
Yes. Creative Edge has dedicated podcast recording spaces in Green Bay. We discuss the participants and recording needs to choose a suitable setup.
Can you help develop the concept?
Yes. Audience, premise, themes and episode structure can be part of the scope. A clear reason to listen comes before equipment.
Can we record audio and video?
Yes, when included in the project. We agree the setup and final audio and video formats before recording.
Can episodes become Shorts and Reels?
Yes. We select standalone moments and add context where needed. Clip counts, captions and edit versions are agreed in the scope.
Do you supply all guests or host?
Guest sourcing, hosting and preparation responsibilities are defined for each show. Not every project needs a fully managed production arrangement.
Can you record at our location?
We can discuss a location setup. Sound, space, access, power and travel affect the practical plan.
Will you manage all our channels?
Recording and editing do not automatically include channel management. We agree publishing responsibilities and deliverables so your team knows what it will manage.
How should we measure a business podcast?
Choose measures that fit its role: relevant listening, audience questions, staff use, qualified interest and useful extracts. Downloads alone do not tell the whole story.
