The work and the value
A complete campaign launch with a capable team behind it.
A strong video is only one part of a successful campaign. The offer, audience, creative, ad account and next step all need to work together. Growth Launcher brings that work into one coordinated project, from the first research conversation through launch and training.
We begin with the business outcome: sales growth, qualified leads or recruitment. Then we develop the message, produce the video assets and build the campaign in your ad account. You finish with an operating campaign and the knowledge to manage it, without a required long-term agency retainer.
Choose the outcome
What should the campaign move forward?
The goal changes the creative, the next step and how we measure progress. Explore the three kinds of campaigns we build.
Help the right people choose your offer.
Demonstrate the benefit, answer buying objections and create a clear route to purchase or a sales conversation.

Put the service to work
Useful ways to apply it.
Start with the audience’s question or the action your business needs. These are practical starting points for a project.
Sales growth
Show the product or service in use, address buying objections and make the offer clear. Measure purchases or revenue against acquisition cost, rather than judging the campaign on views alone.
Lead generation
Invite the right people to inquire, request a quote or book a consultation. Define a qualified lead before launch and connect the inquiry to a named person on your team.
Recruitment
Help potential applicants understand the work, workplace and opportunity. We have run Meta campaigns for general labor positions; the message and application path are built around the specific role.
New offers and locations
Introduce what has changed and why it matters to the audience. A focused launch gives the new offer its own message instead of asking a general company ad to explain everything.
Trust and consideration
Use demonstrations, real people and customer proof to answer questions before a sales conversation. Plan creative for new audiences and people considering the next step.
A stronger internal team
Give staff an organized campaign, reusable assets and practical account training. The handoff explains what to monitor, when to investigate and how to make informed changes.

Our approach
One plan, from the first question to the first click.
The people shaping the message work alongside the people filming it and setting up the campaign. That keeps audience insight inside the creative decisions and the final call to action. You coordinate one team instead of passing a brief between disconnected suppliers.
How the pieces connect
What makes the work stronger.
Choose tools and techniques for the job they need to do. We define the actual deliverables and connections with you before the project begins.
Audience and offer research
We review customer needs, objections, competitors and the current sales process. The result is a practical creative brief with a defined outcome, audience and reason to act.
Audience-specific ad variety
One general ad cannot speak to every potential customer. We develop the mix of hooks, messages and creative approaches each campaign needs to reach distinct customer groups and address their specific needs and motivations.
Launch checks and measurement
We prepare objectives, creative, audiences and the agreed conversion path. Tracking and form checks help distinguish an ad problem from a page or follow-up problem.
Monitoring and handoff
The first 30 days include monitoring and initial adjustments. We then explain campaign structure, results, budget controls and warning signs so your team can take ownership.
Working with Creative Edge
Marketing and video expertise
on the same side of the table.
Video experts inside the marketing team
Production is part of the strategy from the beginning. Concepts reflect what the audience needs to understand and what the camera can show convincingly.
A launch you can take over
Your business receives the finished creative assets and account training. The program has a clear handoff rather than an obligatory monthly management arrangement.
Room for the right support
Landing pages, CRM automations, coaching, creative refreshes and ongoing management can be scoped when useful. We agree what is included before work begins.
From the first conversation to handoff
Know what happens next.
Explore each stage to see how the project moves forward and where your team takes part.
Learn the offer, market, audience and business economics. Define what a worthwhile sale, lead or application looks like.
Map the customer path and creative angles, then present concepts and scripts for approval before production.
Film and edit the campaign, with platform-ready pacing, captions and the planned ad variations.
Build the approved campaign, check the conversion path and launch. The first 30 days include monitoring and initial adjustments.
Train your team to review performance and manage the account. Future coaching or campaign support stays available as an option.
Good questions
Make an informed start.
Is this an ongoing management contract?
Growth Launcher is a project-based launch with 30 days of monitoring and a handoff. Ongoing campaign management is available, but a long-term agency retainer is not required.
Does that mean there are no ongoing costs?
There is no required agency management retainer after handoff. Advertising spend continues while ads run. Optional CRM access, hosting, messaging usage, third-party tools and additional support may have separate costs.
How long does a launch take?
The current program roadmap typically allows 8–12 weeks. Research, approvals, production access and account readiness affect the schedule; we confirm a realistic timeline for your project.
How do you decide which ad variations a campaign needs?
We plan the ad variety around your audience segments, their needs and their reasons to act. Each variation gives a specific message the right audience, rather than asking one general ad to speak to everyone. The creative mix and production scope are defined for your campaign before filming.
Can it support hiring instead of sales?
Yes. We build recruitment campaigns around the role, workplace and application path, including general labor hiring. Employment ads use the platform settings and audience options appropriate to that category.
Do I need a new website?
No. Your existing site can remain. If the campaign needs a focused landing page, we can scope that page and its follow-up without rebuilding the company website.
What happens after the first month?
We review the launch and train your team to manage the campaign. You can run it internally, request coaching or discuss optional ongoing support and future creative refreshes.
Can you guarantee a certain return?
No fixed return applies to every offer or market. We establish useful success measures, monitor real response and help you make budget decisions around lead quality, conversion and business capacity.
