M2 Technology needed people to recognize its expertise in its own right. Its sister company, M2 Logistics, was roughly 20 times larger. Creative Edge helped the IT business build a distinct voice through content, then amplify it with advertising.
The challenge: become known for its own expertise
Being part of a larger company family brought a visibility challenge. M2 Technology was often overshadowed by the much larger M2 Logistics brand and wanted to generate leads through its own identity.
The opportunity was to show local business owners the people and knowledge behind the IT company, giving them a reason to remember it before they needed help.
The strategy: build authority, then extend the reach
We began with a professional podcast and a consistent stream of useful social content. These formats gave the team room to share its knowledge and stay visible to the business community.
Once that organic foundation was established, Creative Edge took over the digital advertising to reach more people across Northeast Wisconsin. The paid campaign amplified a brand that already had something useful to say.
The result: a recognizable local identity
The company’s recognition grew enough that people seeing M2 Logistics employees in public would ask whether they worked for M2 Technology. It was a practical sign that the smaller company was building its own identity.
M2 Technology was also recognized by Insight on Business among Northeast Wisconsin’s fastest-growing companies in 2025.
What other businesses can take from this
Helpful content gives an audience a reason to pay attention. A podcast, expert conversation or useful short video can build familiarity that a generic posting schedule rarely earns.
Content strategy and paid advertising can serve different roles in the same plan: one builds trust and a clear voice, while the other brings that message to more of the right people.

M2 Technology: what your business needs from an IT partner
The Green Bay Blizzard had a professional indoor football team, a home at the Resch Center and a familiar assumption: in Green Bay, football fans would be the natural audience. A campaign test uncovered another reason people wanted to come.
The challenge: make a limited budget work harder
The team was already running Google ads with moderate results. It wanted to explore Facebook and Instagram advertising while making careful decisions about where each marketing dollar should go.
The starting message centered on dedicated football fans. But an indoor football night and an NFL game are different experiences. Creative Edge helped the team examine what would motivate a local family to buy tickets.
The strategy: test the reason to attend
Through Growth Launcher, we tested traditional football messaging against a family-friendly angle. The second approach spoke to moms looking for enjoyable activities for their children, showing the game as a shared experience rather than assuming every buyer followed the sport.
Testing the two messages gave the team evidence it could use to make a decision about its campaign and wider brand positioning.
The result: a new direction for the brand
The family-focused ads outperformed the football-focused message. The Blizzard adopted family fun as a central part of its brand message, and total attendance increased significantly.
The result was a clearer picture of the people most interested in the experience and a more useful way to direct the team’s marketing budget.
What other businesses can take from this
Your product category does not tell you every reason someone might buy. A message test can reveal a valuable audience that a familiar assumption leaves out.
Growth Launcher connects audience research, video concepts, campaign production and launch so those questions can be tested in the market.

Foot Snuggs had a working product: top-of-foot pads designed to make women’s shoes more comfortable. What it needed was a brand and campaign that made the benefit easy to understand, then carried that message through to the purchase.
The challenge: turn a useful invention into a clear offer
The founder had developed the product, but the business had little branding or messaging in place. Potential customers needed to understand what the pads did and why they would want them.
The launch needed to connect that product story to a professional online experience. Improving one piece alone would leave the rest of the customer journey unfinished.
The strategy: connect the brand, video and next step
Creative Edge guided a comprehensive brand redesign, updated the website and produced fresh video assets for a new advertising campaign. The work positioned the product around comfort and quality.
The video could demonstrate the value quickly. The coordinated brand and website then gave interested viewers a consistent experience when they took the next step.
The result: more sales in the first month
In the first month of the new ad campaign, Foot Snuggs generated more sales than it had in the preceding 12 months combined. The business moved from an underdeveloped launch presence to a much clearer position in its niche.
The brand also advanced to finalist consideration for Shark Tank.
What other businesses can take from this
Strong creative works best when the next step supports it. Clear branding, useful product video and a matching purchase experience can give a launch a much stronger foundation.
For campaign landing pages today, we focus on carrying the video’s message forward and making the next action easy to understand.

How video helped Body Bella improve return on ad spend.
Dr. Brookh Lyons wanted her wellness and weight-management clinic to reach people beyond referrals. Video introduced her expertise and the clinic before a prospective customer made an appointment.
3–4×higher ROAS reported across the client’s campaigns
Client-reported results from Body Bella’s campaigns. Performance depends on the offer, audience, budget and follow-up.
Referrals were limited, familiar ads were losing impact and the owner had little time to manage campaigns. The business needed a more effective route to prospective clients.
The approach
Make the expertise visible.
Customer research informed video filmed in the real clinic. Facebook and Instagram campaigns tested messaging and creative. Email follow-up and lead nurturing connected inquiries to the next conversation.
Beyond the ad
Keep building familiarity.
The work also included the “Thrive Beyond Weight Loss” podcast and organic short-form videos. Longer conversations supplied clips, connecting paid discovery with useful ongoing content.

The principle behind the work
Connect the promise, the proof and the next step.
A campaign is a sequence of decisions. First someone decides whether a subject is relevant. Then they decide whether the explanation is credible. Finally they need to understand whether taking the next step is worthwhile.
Video gives a business ways to help with each decision: a clear demonstration, a person speaking naturally and useful answers to common questions. The page and follow-up need to continue that same conversation.
Growth Launcher brings these principles into a project-based launch: clear strategy, coordinated video creative and a useful handoff. Optional ongoing support is available when your team needs it.
A useful starting point is to identify where the customer’s journey loses clarity.
01
What does the audience need to understand?
Choose the question the creative should answer before asking someone to inquire. Give the viewer enough information to judge whether the offer is relevant.
02
What happens after the click?
Keep the offer consistent on the landing page. Make the form or booking action clear and give a real person responsibility for the response.
03
What counts as a valuable result?
Review lead quality, appointments, sales and campaign cost together. A lower-cost inquiry is useful only when it supports the business outcome you actually need.
